We have implemented the first-ever player rating system to help propel our players to the next level of understanding on what they need to work on, so that they can get even better!
- Our players and their ratings are broken down into 5 formation groupings and are colour coded as:
- Beginners
- Pre-formation B
- Pre-formation A
- Formation B
- Formation A
- The information is private and therefore, players will need to login to see the data.
- The ratings are based on our assessments of player improvements through the entire season and will be based on a per-season basis.
- We will keep historic records and players will see their progress as they continue their training with IFSOE.
- We know that the players will talk to others about certain ratings and that’s the exciting part- as long as we always encourage them to keep getting better.
We know this rating format is unique and we will not be surprised when other institutions copy what we are doing, but our focus is to improve our players and improve the system over time. Spread the word! 🙂
