1. Photo and Video Release: By enrolling in programs at the International Football School of Excellence (IFSOE), participants and their legal guardians consent to the use of their likeness, including photographs and videos, for promotional and educational purposes. IFSOE reserves the right to capture and use images of participants during training sessions, events, and activities.
2. Privacy Policy: IFSOE collects personal information from participants for administrative and communication purposes. This information may include, but is not limited to, names, ages, contact details, and medical history. By enrolling in programs, participants and their legal guardians consent to the collection, storage, and use of this information by IFSOE staff and affiliates for program-related purposes only.
3. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to IFSOE at least 15 days before the start of the program. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this deadline. Participants who withdraw from programs due to medical reasons may be eligible for a credit towards future programs, subject to review by IFSOE management.
4. Weather Policy: IFSOE programs will proceed rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather conditions deemed unsafe by program staff. In the event of weather-related cancellations, efforts will be made to reschedule sessions whenever possible. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for sessions cancelled due to weather conditions beyond our control.
5. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the IFSOE Code of Conduct at all times. This includes displaying respect for coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities, as well as demonstrating good sportsmanship and a positive attitude during training sessions, games, and events. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from programs without refund.
6. Safety and Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants, IFSOE and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during programs. Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in football activities and agree to release IFSOE, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in programs.
7. Program Modifications: IFSOE reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, activities, and staff assignments as necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. Participants will be notified of any changes to program details in a timely manner.
8. Parental Consent: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing consent for participants under the age of 18 to participate in IFSOE programs. By enrolling in programs, parents or legal guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the participant.
