“The Touch!” it’s one of the most fundamental yet pivotal aspect that makes the football player!

IFSOE brings you over 60+ years of producing technical geniuses and improving talents in boys & girls that is unique to the school. Players know this, their parents witness it and everyone else gawks in amazement.

“The Beautiful Game” (Pelé) begins with the touch and a majority of football players in Canada at all ages are yearning for it, and we are here to teach it to them!

It doesn’t end there though. As our players develop the technical ability of ball conduct and ball control, we consecutively implement all the other tactical acumen and physical tenacity required to form a complete football player.

Our uniquely modified method caters to players in the following formation categories:

6-10

Beginners A, B & C

Specifically created for players between the ages of 6-10, our beginners program introduces the important attribute of ball conduct and ball control. We focus on the player’s adoption of how to position themselves to control the ball in addition to many fundamental requirements for learning football the right way.

9-11

Pre-formation B & C

For our 9-11 year old players we have created Pre-formation B and C cTEGORIES so that they can learn better ball conduct techniques as they progress towards the abilities possessed by the Pre-formation A players. This is an introduction to the most crucial stage where players have to learn specific abilities with ball conduct.

12-14

Pre-formation A

Created for 12-14 year old players who have already begun to master the introduction ball conduct techniques. At this stage we push the player to become masters of the ball. This is the most crucial stage in the life of a football player as they learn and begin to propel themselves to becoming Formation players.

14-16

Formation B & C

For our 14-16 year old players we have created a program that integrates the technical ability of ball conduct, tactical play and the introduction of the physical attributes and preparation required to play the competitive game. A combined program with the Formation A players helps this group excel.

16-19

Formation A

Our 17-19 year old players continue to enhance their abilities through more difficult and regimental technical training in addition to combining tactical and more vigorous physical training programs. This is the bridge to pro-level reserve and professional development and we focus on the players preparation at an international level.
